Training of Trainers

Objectives: At the end of the training participants will be able to design, coordinate and organize training programs independently. To develop training material and session plans, and comprehensively evaluation plan to determine effectiveness of training program, to develop strategies for follow up of training program to make them more effective.

Contents

1. Training needs assessment.
2. Set learning objectives according to the identified needs.
3. How to develop training contents and lesson plans.
4. Planning, organizing and management of training event.
5. Participatory training techniques.
6. How to develop attractive training materials.
7. Problems and solution of training situations.
8. Effective e facilitation and presentation skills.
9. Evaluation and follow up of training.

Trainings Under the PPAF Program

Objectives

1) Develop institutional and technical models for poverty reduction, sustainable, equitable and engendered development

2) Raise the incomes and quality of life of people, especially the poorest of the poor men and women, living in its programme area.

3) Provide an effective and cost-efficient service delivery mechanism for the government and the donor agencies in order to reach the rural poor.
