1) SRSP with the support of UNHCR-RAHA initiated an umbrella project comprising three sub projects in two districts (Peshawar and Chitral).
2) The umbrella project completed in six months (July 2010-December 2010) and benefited 11,800 community members/ households.
3) The financial layout of the project is over 1 million US $.

Collective actions & improving infrastructure.
- Formation of CBOs have been successfully completed along-with managerial trainings at an initial stage of formation.
- All (36 in total) small scale CPI schemes have been completed and handed over to the communities in both the districts.
Improving Delivery of Social Sector Services
- 75 PTC and 7 HMC have been reformed/reactivated and trained on their roles and responsibilities.
- Health and SIP with the involvement of communities compiled and implemented.
- SWD Facilities installed. TMA engaged for endorsement of the effort/mobilizing maintenance of the facilities at a later stage.
- Teachers’ Training organized for 75 teachers.
Strengthening Livelihoods
- The strategy for extending grants and developing capacities to utilize these grants in an appropriate manner has been designed/ implemented.
- All CPIs to support livelihoods have been completed.
