Objective:
Project aims to create new opportunities for District Governments (at District, Town, Tehsil and Union Council levels) to address priority development challenges within their communities through partnership with private-sector firms.

- Sanitation situation of 14,836 households of the 6 union councils of the province improved through brick lining of streets & drains.
- Health & hygiene situation of 5,000 households improved through
- reduction in contamination of drinking water of 7 open wells
- control of waste water seepage into the houses &
- by ensuring unrestricted flow of waste water especially during rain.
- Diseases of 5,000 households reduced by 20%.
- Sanitation & link road facility provided to 500 households.
- Land value of 200 kanal increased by 30%
- 732 women & 42 out of school children got basic literacy course and enabled them to read & write.
- Out of 780 women trained in embroidery work (zardozi), 390 women (50%) adopted the acquired skill and linked up to an organization in District Haripur for marketing purposes.
- 620 acres land came under irrigation and the yield is expected to increase by at least 30%.
- Safe drinking water provided to 6,135 households at their doorstep by installing 40 pressure pumps in remote marginalized parts of district Lakki Marwat.
- Women work load of 3000 households reduced by 1 hr per day.
